About Us

Scott Crosby and Nick Fettkether started EnCompass in August 2000.  In 2006, they implemented an employee ownership plan.  The employee ownership plan will allow Scott and Nick to keep majority ownership until they retire and allow them to sell the organization back to their co-workers.

Scott Crosby (General Manager), Nick Fettkether, Curt Winterboer and Lori Berry are the current ownership team.
