Partners Renovating Cedar Rapids Building

Scott Crosby and Nick Fettkether, owners of EnCompass, a computer networking consulting firm formed in August 2000, have purchased a 12,000 square foot building at 1420 1st Avenue NE in Cedar Rapids. The building will be renovated to provide corporate offices for EnCompass, which will occupy Suite 100 and Suite 200 in the Building. H&R Block and Weinstein Insurance are current tenants leaving five offices available for lease.
